Steph, some of these ideas might be good to incorporate into vision/strategy?

Essentially it tallies nicely with what we set out to do in the first place (which is nice;-). It did make me think though that we should be clear about the programs within the areas of intervention in order to make it clear that they are a combo of community, education, performance, retail, live/work, etc giving maximum flexibility, allowing the community to grow organically and ultimately creating a resilient place... I was thinking particularly of the market on the north side, the arcade to the east and the centre to the south of the green.
