Each of the proposed interventions will have 3 sections/pages

For the arcade, David had suggested an above ground arade as a way of bridging the divide between she bu and holland park. Not that we have to do this though. We need to work on the layout of the plan anyway. If software is a limiting factor, sketches will suffice.

For the green, as you can see from the pres my sketch was just that. We will need to put more detail in here.

Images/photos
For all our interventions/overall we need to add more detail on street furniture/paving/landscaping/planting/building style. This can be done through indicative imagery.

For the phasing we must bear in mind that our our interventions are quite bold and ambitious, therefore we need to phase it with the quick wins first. Remember that people like to see change so we want regular milestones throughout the life of the project.

The plan is to have all materials to me by 10-12 April. I have a graphic designer friend who is willing to help me out in terms of final layout. As it is for print we will need high rez versions of all images. Obviously there will be back-and-forth between us all as to the details.

I hope all this makes sense and I have not left anything out.
